Datian   Neighborhood was accommodated in 2001 on the basis of Datian Town, which was   accommodated in 1950. It covers an area of 65 square kilometers. There are 38   administrative villages, two neighborhoods. The population here is 42   thousand. Datian Neighborhood is titled National Model Place for Public Cultural   Services, Zhejiang East China Sea Culture Town, Zhejiang Town Strong in   Education. The neighborhood enjoys an advantageous position. It aims to build   an information-based smart logistics park, Taizhou logistics center, Yangtze   Delta logistics hub. There are 49 large industrial enterprises, 10   stockholding companies. Shanqian Industrial Park, Yongtaiwen Expressway Exit   Industrial Park, Datianliu Industrial Park have been built. There are three   mainstay industries: outdoor leisure products, holiday lamp, machinery. In   2017, the gross industrial product amounts to 7.611 billion Yuan RMB(about   USD 1.2 billion). The tax amounts to 358 million Yuan RMB(about USD 55   million).
