It   was accommodated in 2001 and was upgraded to New Area of Zhejiang Province   Economic Development Zone in 2006. It covers an area of 84 square kilometers.   There are 37 administrative villages and one community. The population here   is 29 thousand. This neighborhood has advantages in position, transportation,   and ecological environment. No. 104 national road, Taizhou—Jinhua Expressway,   Jinhua—Taizhou Railway, Yicheng Port, and Xiangnian Stream run across the   neighborhood. Hundred-Flower Garden at Shangjiang is a 3A scenic area.   Aodiluo Village is titled China Traditional Village. The neighborhood boasts   developed commerce and trade, which include automobile, building materials,   furniture, logistics, and so on. Linhai International Pharmaceutical Town is   located here. There are 307 industrial enterprises, of which 53 are large   enterprises. The four mainstay industries here are mechanical automobile and   motor parts, opto-mechatronics integration, leisure and gift products, and medicine   and health. In 2017, the gross industrial   product amounts to 8.385 billion Yuan RMB(about USD 1.3 billion). The tax   amounts to 592 million Yuan RMB(about USD 91 million).
